It is time to welcome a new year: 2022 has arrived.
As the world is still largely affected by the global COVID19 pandemic, we are moving into the third year of restrictions and lockdowns. However, as vaccines are now widely available and more and more people are getting immunized, the impact on the economy in general and on the SME community in particular appears to be less severe than it used to be a year ago. Many small- and medium-sized enterprises have managed to adapt and are generating revenues again despite some restrictions still in place in many countries.
We hope that all of you out there are safe and that you are coping as best as possible under these circumstances. May the year 2022 bring you good health, happiness and stability for your companies.
The Road ahead
Looking forward, we have some exciting news:
In addition to being an SME network, we want to establish ourselves as a global community of small and medium-sized enterprises. As such, we want to add value through content. For this, we have made some updates to this website:
- our blog features business-related content on a regular basis. Members can comment and discuss in each blog post as well as in the forums;
- we will (soon) feature public and members-only videos on our official channel on YouTube with useful knowledge for business owners;
- in our new weekly podcast we discuss current affairs, member questions and elaborate on the contents presented in our blog and videos;
- in our Tools & Downloads section, members can download worksheets and other useful tools and information for their business practice.
Of course, members can still create and view postings, looking for business partners worldwide.
We are very excited about the road ahead and hope you join us on our journey to creating a global community of small and medium-sized enterprises.
